About me

I'm Olivia, a person-centred psychotherapist holding a Masters in Person-Centred Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Nottingham. I support adults and young people, offering a space grounded in empathy, acceptance, and respect, where you can safely explore your feelings and experiences in a way that feels comfortable for you.
I work with clients facing a range of challenges, including but not limited to, trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, self-harm and suicidal thoughts. I also have substantial experience in supporting those with diagnoses or traits of Autism, ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence, within and outside of counselling roles, tailoring my approach to honour each individual's way of being.
How I work
More than focusing on labels, my priority is to offer a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences and feelings.
My approach is person-centred and integrative. Being person-centred means I see you as the expert in your own life and I work alongside you. Together, we create a space where you can reflect on your experiences and find your own way forward. Integrative simply means I can draw on different approaches when needed, so our sessions are shaped by your needs and what feels right for you.
If highly structured or solution-focused therapies have not worked for you, this way of working can offer a more flexible alternative where you feel heard, valued and supported in finding a path forward that feels meaningful.
All sessions are 50 minutes long, currently online via Zoom and priced at £35.
